About the Role
This position requires the HR Manager to work from our Hyderabad office location at least 3-4 days a week.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, HR to enable the next phase of growth for the company. Reporting to the global head of HR, the HR manager will be based at Hyderabad and will own the People Operations functions for the India entity. The HR Manager will own and drive employee onboarding, engagement, performance management and exits from the company. The HR manager will also review existing systems and processes and recommend best in class processes and systems that enable us to offer a differentiated employee experience with the company.

- Be an employee advocate and lead the HR function for the geography.
- Communicate and role model the importance of employee engagement in a way that influences our line managers and employees to incorporate the mindset into daily business decisions and conversations.
- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
- Review, enhance and design best in class employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages that drive high retention
- Guide, train and direct business partners on the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and corporate compliance.
- Lead and support the execution of annual HR processes such as talent and compensation reviews, performance management, succession planning, engagement survey, etc.
- Oversee, formulate, refine, and execute employee policies and procedures, and recommend systems and processes
- Collaborate closely with HR and delivery leadership in organization design to build and implement an organization structure that drives growth.
- Manage end to end HR operations. Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management meetings with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR (Central/State Govt) requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Lead a team of HR generalists to meet the HR and organizational goals
- 10 + years’ experience as a HR generalist / HR BP; 2-3 year’s in HR leadership role either supporting a mid-sized company, or supporting a department for a large enterprise. Experience working in IT services or technology companies is a must.
- A people person and a servant – leader who thrives in creating employee friendly work environments.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems. Should be able to guide junior members of the HR team and scale them as the organization grows.
- Demonstrated effective influencing skills to provide resolution of complex and highly sensitive employee relations issues
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and diagnose root cause through active listening and thoughtful inquiry
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with direct reports, peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and resourceful in the face of ambiguity
